Overall, i thought the hotel is good.
A number of things to watch out for:
1. There were government taxes which i had to pay at check-in. So i had to pay an extra 150 rm otherwise the would not let me check-in. Was this lastminute fault or hotel fault? Mot sure.
2. As Ixora is on the mainland, any Grab to island will

The room was spacious and clean. Staffs were quick and friendly. Right next to Megamall. Parking was easy. No complaints. Everything was okay. Highly recommended!

Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the Room was not well maintained. There is stain on carpet, safe was not working, bedsheets and towels were so dirty that we need to ask them to change

Took too much time for check in while there have 2 groups of the guests at that time. Maybe they need to update the system. The breakfast is not bad but it's good if can improve in term of more selection of foods.

though I have checked-in very late, the hotel didn't accommodate to my request of a late check-out time.
I paid the full price for a exec suite because my booking for a superior room (with king bed) has been given away to another guest.
The room I got (#320) had a mildew odor - no wonder the hotel kept the air-conditioning turned on (was super cold when I entered the room) - gave me a slight eerie feeling. Was too tired to make a fuss about it.
The reviews mentioned superb, delicious breakfast BUT it was to my surprise that the breakfast is what you get from a motel - wish the hotel mngt could look into it. Only eggs (sunny side up) & coffee were good.

A family trip. This hotel is very near to PLUS highway, and next to a mall, so quite convenient. However, there isn't much choice for good food nearby. Need to drive a bit further away.

My family & I have always looked forward to staying in this hotel, and we usually stay here about 4-5 times a year. But this most recent visit was a bit underwhelming compared to our previous stays. We were given the same room as our last visit and we felt a bit let down. It would be nice if the hotel appreciated our frequent patronage.
