Executive room for 3 is huge and spacious. minimalist design. clean bed, clean toilet. Bad iron. Burn my clothes. i wish they have room service bcos no place to eat at night.need to drive 5mins to masai town.
it was ok.the room was good for my family.as i have 2 child.its ok for me as i want to wake up early..but for those who want to wake up a little bit late..have to close their ears because there was people singing in the early morning..maybe the karoake from the nearly place

The sound proof of the room is very poor.
The guest whom stay next to my room was playing game using either his/her laptop or phone whole night long. The sound or noise from the online game can be heard from my room. Plus, the location of the hotel is next the main road, the noise from the main road was very annoying.
Just ok and need cleanup towel more clean.
Update the room with other clearly. Do not make miss communication with expedia or booking.

They should not charge for extra pillow and blanket when they already charge RM50 for the extra bed. They should include everything in the price instead of charging us separate RM 5 for pillow and RM 10 for blanket. I did not sneak someone in, I am telling the staff that I have another person therefore i require the extra bed. I do not understand the need to charge it separately. There is no common sense in getting an extra bed without the pillow and blanket. Am i supposed to bring one from home?
Housekeeping staff is a little rude regarding the extra items. The front desk staffs are nice and they just follow the instructions for the chargeable items but it is just ridiculous for management to impose such fee. There is a trail of ants in the room and also found a half Longan shell. Overall, it is a comfortable stay.

We appreciate your feedback about our hotel. We do take pride in catering to our guests’ needs the best way we can.
I believe there must be a miscommunication or our staff convey the message to you wrongly. We charge RM50 for extra bed per night not per stay. Our front desk charge you RM50 for 1st night stay and for 2nd night instead of charging you for another RM50 we gave you some discount hence we charge you RM5+RM10 for pillow and blanket. Hope this will solve the misunderstand.
As for the Housekeeping we will do our part to make sure things will get better.
If you’re traveling to our area again soon, don’t hesitate to call us.

Room was clean, the staff was nice. No hair dryer provided in room but you can ask for it. Toothbrush must be purchased, but costs less than 50c.
Hotel is far from city, taxi trip to ksl mall is about 40rm each and no uber or grabcar can be used as it is quite far away.
Wifi not super fast but usable, can surf facebook, news without problem.
Very clean and confortable..3 stared hotel but like 4star..recommended

Cheap and okay
There was a door not far from my room that kept beeping throughout the whole night. Even after informing the staff, it took them longer than one day to fix it, during which the door kept beeping.
