"Despite my rating, the hotel could very well be quite nice. However I booked my stay nearly a year in advance and due to some issues I had to cancel a couple days after booking it. Despite many many attempts and the 10 months notice the hotel would not let me cancel or get a refund of any kind. Eventually blocking my phone number and not responding to any email. Do not take this review as gospel for the hotel itself, just the rude and dismissive staff I had the pleasure of dealing with"

"First room provided was a very damp family room, had to choose between that or room with no windows. The receptionist the next day in comparison was very helpful and sorted this out swiftly."
