"This property is very tired and in need a full refurbishment. The rooms are small, and the bed (sold as a double), is 3/4 double at best. Positives, great location in relation to Enfield town and train station, the key code entry worked well, with the information / instruction sent in advanced and was well communicated."

"Easy to find and check in is remote. Room feels secure and had plenty of facilities. No breakfast at the weekend, despite me booking it because free breakfast was included. No response to two messages about lost property after checking out. "

"Great little apartment. It was clean and well maintained. Great for the price. walking distance to the over ground and only about 30 minutes with a walk and over ground to Tottenham stadium. Great food places near by and in walking distance. "

"On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. The bathroom had sticky stains on the floor alongside mould in the shower, tap and window. The mould continued to the kitchen. Where the window had mould on the handle. Additionally, the extractor fan was coated in grease and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Furthermore, there was a pram in the hallway blocking our entrance and would have been a safety hazard if an evacuation were required. Finally, entrance had constant people in and out which made us feel very unsafe. We then booked a hotel elsewhere and left the your establishment at midnight after arriving there at 23:30. "
