"We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."

"Location is great and the rooms are all modern, spotless and comfortable. The beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. The reception staff are lovely, really friendly and very helpful and the pantry area for snacks and emergency items is a great idea. If I had one piece of feedback it would just be that it would be useful to have some instructions for things like the aircon and boiling water tap but I would definitely stay there again. "

"The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. "It was a really nice stay. I took my parents and my older sibling to London as a family trip. Though this place can be a little small for 4 grown adults, it was still comfortable."

"This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location"
