"La struttura è bella con stanze ben arredate e con tutti i confort. Piccolo difetto: il materasso che affondava su un lato. Colazione di gran qualità e in una sala elegante, molto gentile il personale."

"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."

"I got bumped from a flight out of Marco Polo Venice airport so I was forced to find accommodations until the following morning. I elected to go for something closer to VCE, preferably with a shuttle from and back to the airport. While the Crowne Plaza advertises a free shuttle they only provide it if you reserve it 24 hours in advance. I learned this after securing the reservation so I had to cough up 45€ for a taxi to get there. The Crowne Plaza is only about 16km from the airport but it...

"It’s a nice, clean hotel at a good price and a great location but it’s very disorganized. It seems they had recently changed the room numbering and it took us quite a while to find our room with minimal help. Our room did not have a TV remote and when we called reception they told us there was nothing they could do. The water pressure in the shower was very low. We had no coffee packets in our room, and the wifi didn’t work. The airport shuttle was convenient but we had to flag the driver down...

"We enjoyed everything about this property. Is centrally located with plenty of restaurant option. The hotel is excellent, everything super clean and perfect for the Florence area. The staff were very nice and helpful and will definitely be back if ever I return to Florence."
