"There was a huge bug in our bathroom. We were promised a beach front sand in the patio room and were not given that. The property compensated with “gifts” and that no one made that promise. The room I paid for and in the pictures, and spoke with a staff member at the resort wasn’t that when I arrived. I paid $2500.00 for 2 nights that was supposed to had been sand in my porch.
