"I travel to this area a few times a year and this is my first time staying here. I loved how clean it is and everyone on the staff is so nice. the air conditioning worked pretty well. parking waa pretty intense after a certain time. thankfully I had already parked Getting out of the lot was a little tricky in the morning but I managed. I wish the towels were a little bigger and softer but they got the job done. I would definitely stay there again."

"Slightly confusing as you first come in, you walk through the morning breakfast area. It seems like they need a little more staff. Elevator, room, ice, machine, morning, breakfast were all as expected. Breakfast was unusually busy with limited seating. Entry into the hotel during the evening was difficult due to proximity to In-N-Out Burger."

"This was our second time staying at this location, as it’s conveniently close to Pinnacles National Park. Cleanliness is my top priority, and the rooms are always spotless, fresh, and nicely decorated for a modern, comfortable feel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Our only issue during this stay was the hot water. The shower would start out hot, but it constantly turned cold. None of us could take a warm shower without freezing for part of the time! Hopefully, this gets worked out before our next trip. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Pinnacles, and having the Starbucks right next door is a great bonus!"
