"Room was just that a room. In room amenities were empty asked housekepping to replenish, we were left a small round bar of soap. Everytine you flushed the toilet it had a bad sewer smell. The pool area was nice to sit at with the hot temps, but kids were only able to use the slides 2 of the 5 days we were there. For making it a family friendly resort, it lacked significantly. The buffet was only open for breakfast and was very poor foid choices.."

"Pool closed too early @ 5pm, but check in allowed at 4pm. Not enough time to get in room and do any pool activity especially the high resort fee charged. Parking not complimentary for guests, should at least be at reduce rate. 3rd party parking is very inconvenient!! "

"It was horrible, they were having construction which they told us about it, but the concierge told us we would barely hear the construction work. Well wrong, at 8 in the morning our room was vibrating and the drilling was horrible. When I told the concierge all they had to say is, I’m sorry. One of the pools was closed cause they didn’t have enough staff. Not staying there in the future. "

"This hotel was right in the middle of the strip. It’s connected to the Miracle Mall which made shopping and eating very easy. The staff were friendly. My room was amazing with great views of the strip. I would definitely recommend staying here."
