Beautiful hostel & best location in Playa

Brand new hostel in Playa del Carmen (and the best location in town). Everything is clean and comfortable, and it’s nice to have a rooftop pool and co-working space. All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. You don’t have to be a young backpacker to stay here, the vibe is calm & relaxed, not a party hostel. I ended up extending my stay many times, thank you!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities are very new, the decoration is simple, the bed sheets are clean, and the mattress is soft. All the staff at the front desk are extremely nice, especially Exequiel. When I couldn't sleep, I went to the front desk several times to ask, and he was very enthusiastic to tell me how to choose a tour group and also told me what precautions I need to take if I go by myself. I think such an employee deserves a higher salary because he really makes people want to come back to this place again. And he also told me that SUUT actually means "come back" in Mayan, which once again made me marvel at the thoughtfulness of the designer. Everyone’s thoughtful service has greatly increased my favorability towards this hotel. If I have the chance to come here again, I will still choose to stay here. Oh, by the way, the breakfast is super amazing, comparable to what you buy outside, exquisite and delicious. The only thing I'm not quite used to is that all the lights are fully automatic and occasionally a bit unresponsive. Also, the bed doesn't have curtains, so the privacy is relatively low, but compared to its advantages, I think these are nothing.
