"Wir hatten leider keinerlei Information über Lage und Code für unser appartment. Auch eine „Rezeption“ wie es in den Check In Informationen stand, gab es nicht. Es war niemand vor Ort und wir mussten nach einer Stunde warten und unbeantworteten Nachrichten um Kiosk nebenan nachfragen. Die haben dann das Hotel kontaktiert unter einer ganz anderen Nummer als wir sie hatten. Das Bett im Zimmer war mit seinen 140cm und einer dünnen Decke für zwei große Personen fast ungeeignet.
