10/10 Excellent

"Room was pretty clean and big but you had to call every time you wanted to use the jacuzzi. Room service also took really long but the food places are pretty easy to get to on the cart and calling for a cart is simple. Very very hilly and not the most walk friendly place but you totally can walk and it will be a workout. The staff is nice for the most part but some are kinda rude and only enforce rules towards some people."

"1. The location was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were impeccable. 2. There was generally pretty good food choices at the various restaurants, the breakfast buffet was immense. 3. The entertainment was awesome, whether it was around the pools or the evening shows. Really appreciated the work by all of the entertainers, especially Yuki, Carmen, Emmanuel, and Imara. 4. The swim up pool bar was a great gathering spot as well."

"Merci à vous, juste l’entrée à 16h c’est un peu tard surtout que la plus part des clients viennent de long voyage. Et aussi j’ai eu la visite d’un petit cafard dans ma chambre mais je sais que c’est pas votre faute juste faire un peu attention au placard :) mais mise à part ça merci pour le service!"
