"This is a very well operated Hotel. Easy access to all Tulum has to offer without the inconvenience of the beach road Hotels. I have stayed in most of the 4 to 5 star Hotels in Tulum over the past 20 years and prefer the Aloft. Its a very friendly Hotel that you can really enjoy with all the restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will be returning to Tulum again shortly and will again stay at the Aloft ."

"This place was amazingly beautiful. The staff was extremely accommodating, generous, friendly, and attentive. The property was immaculate. The cenote was spectacular, crystal clear, perfectly located, and had a live DJ on a daily basis. (not too loud and helped create the perfect ambiance) The room was very chic and had everything you need. Hotel Shibari far exceeded our expectations.If you want a centrally located place to stay near amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches don't hesitate, book now :)"

"The parking is right in front of the hotel, the pool is bigger than it looks and very nice and clean, the beach was calm and there are many seating options including hammocks on a beautiful dock, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with large bathrooms, water bottles were free, complimentary breakfast was excellent and you could order from many choices (hot food), plus staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful location at a great price! Highly recommend. There are other hotels nearby where you can also walk to dinner if you wish to change your scenery at dinner or lunch. Also, this place was good for people looking to relax or families- not a party scene."

"We had an amazing time. Patricia hosted the pool work out and was super sweet. Oviel the bus boy was so helpful and fun. The outdoor steak restaurant was great. We loved everything. The stag was welcoming and wanted clearly to please their guest. The room was so sweet. "

"Very welcoming staff. They remember your names and personally attend to your needs. You have everything you will need in the rooms. We stayed in the jungle room and it’s so peaceful. You can hear people talking outside but that’s the experience. Cannot expect to stay in a eco friendly hotel and expect everything modern. It’s a beautiful change from the daily hustle. Restaurant has high quality food. Limited vegetarian options if you are planning to stay for more than 2-3 days. Beach is small but private. Recommend this place without any hesitation."
