I booked through Expedia but they couldn't find my booking, they kept me waiting for 3.5 hours. Expedia website shows checkin time 2:00, but hotel staff says it's 4:00pm. Expedia website shows wrong checkin time. They finally called a local agent who evidently manages the bookings made through Expedia and he came after 1 hour. They finally put me in a room which was dirty, poor quality blanket, no shower door, only 1 small toilet paper and couple of small towels. When we asked for a big towel to take shower, they said hotel management only approved small towels. After argument they finally gave towels and toilet paper. I never stayed poor hotel like that and I will not recommend this hotel. This is extremely bad hotel

First they did not find my reservation then I was referred to an Agent they said he handle my group where he complained about Expedia that they tells the travelers the Check in time is 2:00 PM while the actual check in time for the Hotel is 4:00 PM. This hotel is exclusively for Groups reservation not for individuals, Expedia should know that and not let us go through this nightmare Hotel. the Hotel is Filthy, disgusting not worth paying a penny. I blame Expedia for that they betrayed our trust of their service recommendation.
