"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"I had a really lovely stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. The room was modern, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room service food was also great and delivered quickly. "My stay at Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel in Madinah was overall excellent.
