"Beware of this hotel. I booked via hotel.com. Paid the price before hand and when I arrived, I was told that I don’t have any reservations. When I showed the booking confirmation, the reception said they can’t see it on their end. I was scammed although I was very alert. Beware. Never pay online. Always pay upfront."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. "Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "
