The staff of the hotel are very attentive and caring. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent. The only negative thing I would say is that the property is quite dated but they did advise us that renovation will begin in two months time. This will make this place a prime place to stay once the renovation is done.

The breakfast was really good, there are so many different varieties of food that you can choose from, we brought kids with us and we also had a great option for kids as well. We really enjoyed the breakfast and we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Despite the staff being very lovely, the room was dirty and old. The bathroom had mold growing in various places, and the carpet had multiple stains. We had asked for housekeeping after initially seeing the room only for us to come back and see that the room looked untouched. We ended up cleaning the bathroom ourselves. However, the hotel is in a convenient location, only a 5 minute walk to Masjid Al Nabawi. Various food places and shops are all within walking distance. I truly hope they give this hotel the upgrade it needs.

Wonderful facility wonderful people wonderful staff. We were lucky enough to go visit Medina. It’s a short distance five minute walk my father who is elderly was able to go in his wheelchair and able to reach without any steps whatsoever. Lots of great shopping around in the area. Go to Quba shopping center (outside set of stores) that runs for miles and is very well priced.
