"Convenient location in the heart of the city. Within walking distance to the Kuching Waterfront and the usual tourist spots. Hotel staff are generally helpful and friendly. 1 receptionist who weren't so forthcoming with making recommendations, appears a bit clueless and lacking in initiative when I asked what is there to see within walking distance around the hotel. 1 restaurant staff also failed to inform me that an item on the menu was not available and did so only after I have waited nearly 30mins for my food. I think these 2 instances are where further customer training could be enhanced further."

Roof top area and pool bar not functioning. Overall just seemed like a place that had seen better days, many many days ago…Sad, as it has great potential and it looks like it was built to a quality standard.
It served the purpose I needed, but if I were to return as a tourist, I would most definitely not choose to stay here.
