"Room on the club floor has water-seepage on the wall. Mirror is blurry , not properly cleaned. Mould on the wall of the bathroom. It looks dirty and ignored by the cleaner. "

"I recently stayed at Pullman Kuching and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is currently under renovation, but there was no prior notice about this. Despite the ongoing construction, the room rates were still charged on the high side at RM400++ per night, without any facilities or breakfast included. The constant noise from the renovation made it extremely uncomfortable to rest. On top of that, the room was not clean, and the shower was not functioning properly. I requested to change rooms, but I was told that all rooms were fully booked. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend it until the renovations are fully completed and service quality improves."
