What I liked was the location of the hotel. What I dislike was that it seemed a good price for a good hotel, but the hotel is not that good. Our room was terribly hot, and we didn’t have a way of lowering the heat or to cool it down; we didn’t have a fridge in the room, the tv was very small and was facing just one bed, and the attention at the restaurant downstairs was not the best.

Great location clean room and friendly staff. The building is old therefore the room does not have temperature control. The room did not have a coffee machine or a small refrigerator which are standard now in most modern hotel rooms

The size of room and location makes this appealing but check in and check out was terrible, the doorman watched my kids open the door.
Staff is not helpful and quick to roll their eyes. If location and a sizable room is ALL you need than this is your place.

Excellent location, great staff - tiny bathroom and noisy heater - and blinds wouldn’t roll up on one window, but overall a great value for the $$. And the Park Cafe downstairs is wonderful!

I didn't know that the lobby was under construction.
Our room had a lovely view of Central Park, however, the room was extremely hot. When in the room had to either open the window or put on the A/C (very loud) which seemed ridiculous in Dec. and a waste of money.
We were surprised/disappointed that lounge next door but attached closed at 11 pm.
Would have been nice to have coffeemaker in room

Loved location and price. Plumbing issues though and overall hotel was dated. For price & location I have and I would stay there again.
