The location is in a great place for walking distances, but hotel in general is old and a little outdated.

We are glad that we found it! Great location in the city at an awesome price! Our air conditioner didn’t work the second night that we stayed though and the room was super hot because they have the old school radiators. We slept with our window open in NYC on 12/19 and we weren’t freezing! Lol

The property was in excellent location; close to Central Park.
Tattered and on its last legs, this building is begging for a renovation. The torn and curled wall paper and the single sturggling elevator all screams redo and throw out.

Location was awesome. Friendly staff. Reduced rate parking at a nearby garage and clean room. There are no bells and whistles and the hotel is outdated. That said, for the location, price point and service, you can’t beat it.

Location is great. Minutes of walking distance to Broadway and the Central Park. Overall the hotel is old. Bath and toilet area is way small proportioned in a double double room, instead there is a big living room as addition. No breakfast supplies. They even charge on wifi.
