"Waterpark and the free shuttles to Universal were the selling points. Unfortunately the Waterpark costs $25 per day per person to use and not included in room charges. Also, they don't provide enough shuttles to get everyone to universal at park opening and the last shuttle runs before closing of the park. Lastly, undisclosed surprise $30 daily resort fee. Also staff is super slow at check-in and only interested in selling you a timeshare. Rooms were large but weren't super clean. Would not stay here again. "

"Pools are kids size, no adults pool. Great hotel rooms, especially for families with kids and you plan to go out of resort. Very clean. Booking for surfing, be careful! If it rains, they close it and give you a rain check and tell you can get credit/refund but unable to process it. No responses from emails given by front desk too. "

"We had no hot water for over one day so no showers. The lighting in the rooms was terrible. However the rooms were clean. It was raining so we did not use the pool. The location is central to most places and the cost is low. "
