"After a quick trip to Sorsogon we booked with Uma for the continuation of our Bicol visit. The front desk look and behaved professionally, the dining staff was very attentive and the housekeeping was very thorough. Overall the stay was very pleasant.. it was a nice surprise when they gave us treats in the room. Definitely our home away from home and our only choice here in Naga."

"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around.
