The breakfast service was similarly affected, with long lines, overcrowding, and insufficient staffing or organization to accommodate the number of guests. While the facilities and food were acceptable, the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of efficient crowd management.
I hope management takes steps to improve staffing, scheduling, and operational planning, as better organization would significantly enhance the guest experience."
