"So callled airport shuttle is available only for 5 times and during the day only. Otherwise the breakfast is good but you need to pay for a latte. I don’t understand why fruits are scare in breakfast in a tropical country like Philippines. This is true for all three hotels I stayed this time."

"So many things wrong with this hotel... First of all, it is way more dated and run down than the photos show. Rooms have a lot of broken stuff (lamps, tiles, live wires in the open), AC is very loud, windows are covered with this old black film and dirt, so even though you >technically< have ocean view, you can barely see anything. Bathrooms are really cramped with those clingy fabric curtains. Staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. Gym has weights with loose plates, easy to injure youreself if not very careful. Pool filled with debris (leaves, baloon scraps), not cleaned at all over 3 days I spent there. "Sunset terrace" is closed an hour before sunset but same dirty windows make it obsolete anyway... Since its next to main road, expect extreme noise all day and night. Only positives were location close to old centre, beach and shopping malls. In general, I advise to avoid it at all costs!"

"The hotel is connected to SM Mall of Asia. It is very accessible. The food and staff were great. They surprised us with a birthday cake during our stay. Concierge staff went above and beyond in helping us get to the airport."
