"Staff are very accommodating and cost- friendly stay budget hotel. Strong wifi. Food is ok if you are not picky. Fairly clean but there’s an intermittent foul odor we dont know where it was coming from. We stayed in the lower ground/ basement roomPillows and towels may need a little bit of changing or deep cleaning bit smelly frim other users maybe. Overall, this hotel will give you a well-deserved rest in the night after a long day full of activities. Not a grand staycation you are looking...

"I stayed here for 4 nights. I decided to stay here because this is a newly built hotel near my Fiancé’s house. On my 1st night i have to go to the front desk and let them know that the key they provided wont open my door, they send a maintenance guy to open my door using a screw driver. I have to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times because of this. "It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

"Ants that bite...broken hose to fill the water tank on the toilet, some one knew about it before because the water had been shut off for some time. I complained to the front desk they just said they would notify Matinence "

"The staff were friendly, the property is average but for a 3 star accomodation it’s meets the standard and expectations. There’s heaps of Ants around maybe the property could do something about that. Overall, I recommend this hotel . We only stayed here for 3 nights. I am not sure what it’s like for long stay. "

"When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM."
