Great Place!

Place was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast and dinner were great and the amenities were sufficient. They even have a shuttle service which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Poor maintenance, had to move rooms due to gas smell. Low pressure on shower hot water . Staff is excellent, very responsive. Like the free transportation to/from airport even if off hours. Easy access to tricycles, and tour pick ups. No central Air so room smells a little musty, hot/humid in hallways and elevators.

This property was dirty and located in a dirty area of town. They lacked plant based options andmade up stories about how the local taxi cab companies partner woth the water transport companies and require a fee of 3,000 php when the taxi said it was only 500 php. Typical lies of thos country and practices. When i got to Hudson water area it was dirty and unsafe to float and choppy. The hot didnt warn me about that either. This is why I stay at Hyatt, but even Hyatt wouldnt build in such a cralpy area.

The staff were top notch. Very kind and considerate overall. We arrived very early and our room wasn’t ready but they were able to get into a room within 30-45 mins. Breakfast was really good. A nice balance of Filipino and western. At first, we only booked one day but after staying for just a short while we decided to extend our stay one more day. We made a mistake with our online booking but the hotel worked with Orbitz to remedy the situation. And we didn’t have to leave our original room and go into a room, which some hotels would generally do.

Location is close to airport. They offer transfer services to and from the airport with stay. Location offers options near by for food. Located short walking distance to ATM, but not walking distance to Robinson Mall. It’s still close enough for you to take a tricycle though. They offer scheduled massages if you book early enough and a decent breakfast with stay. Rooms are okay we had to change rooms because one of our rooms had a mold smell. We were kindly transferred to another room, still had a hint of that smell with added spray from house cleaning but at that point we didn’t want to transfer again. Still enjoyed our stay mainly based on staff kindness, in-house spa/massage treatments, breakfast and airport transportation.

The staff were good but the higher Management lack professionalism to communicate with their guest. Part of my refund wasn’t back until today, it’s been almost a month and no one has the initiative to reach out and let me know of the status. It’s not my fault I paid using my debit for a tour that was cancelled by them due to weather. It’s an inconvenience and the lack of communication is horrible.
