"This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. "The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

"We stayed for 7 days and the whole experience at the hotel was good. The hotel is very close to shopping malls and other convenient locations. The staff are very friendly and the price is very affordable. However the shower was not working during our stay, and the room looks quite ordinary. I hope they can improve the overall appearance of the room. On the positive note, all the staff from the front desk, dining, house keeping, security were very accommodating and helpful."
