"This is a beautiful modern facility. Conveniently located. It's quiet, the staff was very helpful & friendly. The breakfast is very impressive for being included in the room price. The only reason I did not give the place 5 stars was the floor in our room was dirty & there were stains on the pillow case. The rest of the hotel was very clean, well lit & organized. I highly recommend."

"Very helpful and friendly reception desk staff and concierge service! Large room with many amenities. Hotel is very conveniently located close to the Elizabetta Vaporetto station. My only negative remark concerns the stupid (!) automatic light switch in the bathroom, which always turns on the lights at night when somebody in the double bedroom gets up at night to go to the bathrroom, separated from the bedroom only with a see-through glass wall(!!). But that seems to be a complaint often...
