"From check-in to check-out, this stay was a fantastic experience. The desk staff were courteous and friendly, and the room was always tended to extremely well by the housekeeping staff. Accomodations were very comfortable, which is important to note when many hotels in Japan have firmer bedding. Location was also very convenient, with easy access to Hommachi and Sakaisuji-Hommachi stations. Whenever I'm back in Kansai, I will absolutely book a room here again - I look forward to it!"
