"The hotel was quick to offer us alternative rooms when a fault was discovered in the room we had originally booked. This despite it being a very busy weekend. The hotel is a pleasant alternative to the shophouse hotels that are the mainstay of the area. "Very big space for our family. Reception was extremely responsive. Requests for towels and toilet paper were met within 15 minutes or less. Cleanliness is serviceable and decent - e.g. sheets are not pristine white but they clearly have been cleaned. Toilet floor is dry and clean but one or two spots in the bowl. Breakfast buffet was good for the price. Only downside was we arrived after 3pm but wasn't able to check in till after 4.30pm as the room was still being cleaned. Overall, would go back...
