"We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. "

"Key collection and return was relatively easy, problem lies at identifying the unit you will be staying, as there are so many condo projects. Since I have not been there before, it took quite awhile to find the location"

"Spacious living room. Tv remote not working could not on. Fan remote once turn off cant be turned back on unless off/on the switch. Dining table was not clean underneath the dining mat, sticky residue uncleaned. Shower rack to place toiletries was very rusty. Bed was ok and room comfortable enough to sleep. Price at this homestay unit cheaper than others. Don't expect much then is ok to stay"
