At 15:50 I received a WhatsApp message asking me to join a group chat but that was too late. I think I should get a refund."

"Management was accommodating to our request. However, amenities like shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge were not replenished. Fridge of this unit gave very loud noise. Hopefully you might want to look into this. Overall stay is okay in terms of location and to access the unit. "
