Hotel staff were amazing. Local food was delicious. We were given a free upgrade without asking which was a nice surprise. The hotel is on the other side of the river so you will cross a small river by boat. Car parking facility is secure. All hiking trails start within the compound of the hotel and the national parks office/counter is also within the compound of the hotel. Food was reasonably priced. We also took a private boat ride on the rapids which was organised by the hotel.

Overall it good but only the breakfast didn't much to choose and also the door and the closet got broken at the side. This place is surrounded by supermarket and restaurants. Walking distance only need 5 to 10 minutes to reach the area. also got staff to keep my motorcycle safe. Can recommend to other if want to go raub to stay at the hotel. There got a friendly and helpful staff. I will go again to stay when I go raub

I have asked for a non-smoking room.
Unfortunately I was given a smoking room since there is an ashtray in the room. What's more the room smells bad. I am or very sure someone or the previous guest has smoke in the room before our check-in

It's great overall. Surprisingly, my mom and dad who age 50-60++ love this place too. We were all enjoyed and surely will be back again. Love the native dinner, worth for money. They've prepared a lot and we couldn't finish it. We've received a lot of surprise that arranged by them, surprise breakfast (I didn't know we'll have it.), surprise learning lesson for blowpipe and native's animal traps. Wow!!! Love it so much. Booked this for my husband's birthday. Stayed two nights and enjoyed the excellent service and environment here. The private dinner was set up by the fireplace, hubby was extremely delighted. They introduced to us their customary fire lighting session before our private dinner by the fireplace. They also have a pianist at their lounge every night. Their common areas are beautifully decorated, making us leave this place with a very heavy heart. Their breakfast is also very very good! Ala-carte...

And the best part is the scenery is beautiful even you are inside the hotel. Can't wait to comeback to heritage and most recommended hotel to stay at cameroon highlands.

I booked a room for three people. It featured one king bed and one single bed with a balcony. Regarding the room, I would say that it suits the price point. I needed to add RM7 per person to upgrade my à la carte breakfast to a buffet. The hotel gym is good, and I liked it. The location and parking are easily accessible.
