Booked a deluxe room via hotel.com and photo shows shower area separate from toilet bowl area ie bathroom has a shower sliding door area. However, only executive room has this facility. Bad room conditions
The room floor not clean. Bed cover very ugly with yellow colour spotted & bath towel is look very old. Won’t go back again!
