The dinner buffet was a bit spendy and we had an iron that short circuited and blew out the room’s circuit breaker… it did make a pretty sparks show before the power went out though. Overall, a nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Good but can be better

Hotel is conveniently located beside the Ipoh Parade Mall . Breakfast and supper. (11pm) were provided . Staff may be a little inflexible to accommodate certain request.

Big rooms which were comfortable and clean with great bathroom. Pool area was very nice and relaxing. Old town is about a 20 minute walk or a few in a grab. Breakfast was good and accomodated all

3 nights stay. Room and bathroom were very clean. Good A/C. There is an adjoining door to the neighbor so when they were talking loud i could hear it through my room. Other than that, it is very quiet. Not accessible to Ipoh Old town by foot. Easy to get a Grab car. Overall pleasant stay.

The room was pristine, and I was fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to a top-floor suite with lounge access. The food served in the lounge was great, adding to my overall experience.
