My experience from check-in to check-out was smooth. Excellent service by the staff and I love the variety offered for breakfast. The room was clean and cozy. Definitely the best property to stay in Ipoh.

Central location, convenient and comfortable room. Front desk staff needs customer service and hospitality training. Checking in and out were really frustrating. Three computers, at least 6 personnel hovering around but only one person working. The rest just chat amongst themselves and avoid eye contact with customers
