Private Holiday Homes in Kent

"Exalant great evening good"

"Unable to use hob. Hot water supply to bath poor Shower okay The description "near the sea" a bit misleading. Insufficient instructions and labelling with regard to bins and TV. Overall standard of property good and comfortable"

"This place is disgusting and dirty i wouldn't let a dog sleep there its unbelievable how you would put something like this on the site to be rented to the public it's a health hazard and needs removing from hotels.com. "

"Overall, very comfortable and location was very central. Well equipped except for cleaning materials. Off site parking was a challenge. The house could have been cleaner - there was food left in the fridge which we had to throw away. The outside table was very dirty. No antibac spray to clean it. Bathroom window didn't open nor did one window in the twin room. I wouldn't describe it as pet friendly as pets are not allowed upstairs where the main living accommodation is. Downstairs there is only...

"I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for...

"Great host, wonderful big, clean house and communication was perfect. Great stay."

"It was clean and comfortable with everything you need for the stay. "

"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"We left after just 4 hours because the property was nothing like the listing. The photos give a far better impression than the reality. Before arrival, I had to chase the host for check-in instructions as nothing had been sent. Even after calling, I was only given the key safe code. Later that day, after we’d already left, I received an email stating there was a £100 charge per pet, despite the Hotels.com listing clearly advertising “pets go free.” The property appeared to have had only...

"Super location just minutes walk from the centre. very clean and just what a family need."

"Great communication with the owners lovely flat walking distance to the beach shops restaurants"

"Unfortunately, the property did not feel clean, secure, or ready for guests. When we arrived, the back door was cracked open with the key still in it, which immediately made us uncomfortable. Inside, we found a drink bottle under the couch, bugs crawling in the bathroom sink, hairs on the upstairs counters, and bedrooms that appeared not to have been properly cleaned. One bed looked like it had been slept in and quickly covered back up, while another was completely unmade with a visibly dirty...

"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...
