"The property is beautiful, the lobby is very cozy with the arrangement of the sitting , people in the reception were very nice I asked for a upgrade and I was able to do it the room was great it was close to the big pool . The room was very clean with all you need towels, safe, good beds 24 hours room service . The resort has 3 big beautiful pools. The restaurant amazing , the food , the people working there . I rent the beds on the pool i didnโt regret a bit wine, drinks one person coming very often to see what you need , Evian water .overall I can say that was a excellent hotel I recommend 100% love it"

"Xcaret was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We came to celebrate my sonโs 10th birthday, and overall, it was such a memorable experience. The resort is HUGE with so much to see and do, and honestly, we werenโt able to experience everything. But what we did experience was breathtaking. The food was great, the amenities were amazing, and there is truly something for everyone. There were a few things that unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth. Since this trip was specifically for my sonโs 10th birthday, I asked about a birthday cake and/or decorations. I wasnโt expecting anything extravagant and was even willing to pay if it wasnโt complimentary. I mentioned that we were celebrating his birthday when we checked in, but nothing was offered or explained. On his actual birthday, I called to ask again about a cake, and still nothing really came of it. The following day, I called again and asked if we could get a cake, and we were told to just order a dessert through room service. We were given two empty piรฑatas, which was basically the only birthday acknowledgment we received. Thankfully, I packed a few little decorations for the room because I wanted him to feel special regardless. And honestly, Iโm glad I did! Another issue was the lack of instructions. After we declined an upgrade, we werenโt given any information about how restaurant reservations worked or how to navigate the resort. It was basically like, โOkay, move along.โ The resort is SO huge that we didnโt even"

"We enjoyed our stay 4/5. There were some amenities and services that were advertised that we would have during our stay that we did not receive but overall it was an enjoyable stay. While we did go during low occupancy there were a few dining options but it left us slightly desiring more. while there was ample options in terms of food choice, authentic latin food was not among them. I felt like whole burgers, pizza and pasta are nice I expected to enjoy REAL authentic latin food I would not get back home in the US. We had a concierge who was very nice but once we turned down the presentation option to "buy in" we didn't hear from them. We did not have a butler, aroma therapy for our room nor the pillow menu upon arrival. Trivial things that were not a deal breaker but a little disappointing . All in all a good stay but I can't say it would be our first choice in and all-inclusive resort vacation."
