"Occidental at Xcaret offered one of the best all inclusive experiences with multiple restaurants, bars, a club, an archaeological site and even wild animals on the property such as spider monkeys, iguanas and coati’s. The staff were very friendly, the property was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. "

"In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip. Each and everything about our stay was wonderfully executed. We are very big about food and this resort did not disappoint. There are so many options for everyone’s taste; from little snacks of tacos and nachos to full gourmet restaurants. The chefs did not disappoint, and the service and bar staff were able to up the tier that much more. Antonio and Alfonso were our favourites! They always went above and beyond for us. There are so many notes that help to make the stay at the resort homie and comfortable - providing the name of our specific room cleaner and rooms bar staff were nice touches to make it more comfy. We loved that despite being a job, the staff in each and every department seem genuinely happy to be there and to see each guest. No matter where you go you’re greeted along the way. We just wanted to say thank you genuinely to all of the dedicated staff at El Dorado Seaside for truly making and inviting us to a welcoming and potential second home. "

"The staff and amenities were great and the resort was beautiful and clean However, checking in took way too long and the room wasn't cleaned everyday or particularly well. The buffet's were great and most a la cart restaurants were very good but a couple were just so so and had very slow service. All in all a very good experience with some room for improvement."

"Resort immaculate and soo clean. Loved our room on first floor where we walked out to beach. Beach small but perfect for us. The beach bartender Sebastian was amazing. Resort beautiful and loved that we could walk to town"
