Restaurants are pretty good. Pools are very hot at this time and no shades inside the pools. Best restaurant was the Nest for breakfast and dinner. Butler Guillermo and Deimi were amazing. Whatever I asked for I got whithin a few minutes. Beach was rough with sargassum at least during these days. Large property be ready to walk a lot. Room with swimout pool is small but very nice, bed very comfortable.

The food here is abysmal - absolutely terrible. The service is so inconsistent and requesting things is like screaming into the void. Transportation around the grounds seems novel but it’s unreliable, we ended being 20 minutes late to a spa appointment and they wanted to deduct the time from 80-minute massage but not even partially refund us for the lost time. The lifeguards for the most part aren’t even doing their jobs. Two occasions at the Family Selection pool where children had a close call to an accident and the lifeguard on duty was engrossed in some doodling he was doing, he never looked up to check the kids in the pool. The butler concept is an interest concept but ours took no effort in trying to remember who we were or anything we discussed. The beaches are nice to look at but there are SOOO many rocks in the sand and underwater, it’s very awkward and painful. Drinks are super watered down at all bars and there’s little to no entertainment anywhere unless you pay for it. We won’t be coming back here and we couldn’t not recommend this property to anyone at ANY price.

Loved our stay! Caesar our family selection butler was so friendly and helpful! From reservations to forgotten toothbrushes he and Luis were able to help with anything we needed. Plenty of activities for our teens and the Family Selection beach and pool were amazing!

This was not our first trip to Mexico. Compare to other resorts this hotel is good but not excellent. We really enjoyed family selection option and special attention to the kids. The food was great, the beach was clean, shows for kids were ok. All rooms are renovated.

We got a room upgrade to the swim up room and everything was so wonderful. the food, drinks, pools, staff, butlers, shows and everything. even at the buffet "nest" you can still order off the menu as well. great options and super clean. really nice place to stay.
