"This hotel was decent overall. The food was fantastic and the spa was a real highlight, giving us some much needed relaxation. That said, the property itself feels tired and definitely needs a facelift. The real standout, though, was the location just steps away from Playa Del Carmen’s buzzing nightlife. Being able to stroll right into the heart of the party scene and dance in the streets was unforgettable."

"We came here for our honeymoon for a few days, definitely need at least a week to get to know the whole resort! We were treated like royalty the moment we walked into the hotel. There’s so many dining options, entertainment, pools and activities ! We will be coming back for a longer time. "

"The food was great both the buffets and the ala carts were wonderful we tried both rodizio the brazillian bbq which was fantastic and brasserie twice. We enjoyed the food but the service was top notch we got to know our server at brasserie Roger who our kiddos adored and was very accommodating. The resort is big especially if you visit everywhere so there is a bit of walking involved which we didn’t mind but others may want to be aware of (this of course depends on your room location) using the bud is very helpful. Had a blast and it was all wonderful the ground were clean the food was good the staff were top notch I can’t say enough nice things and can’t wait to come back"

"Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were exceptional. Special shout out to Alejandro at the pool. We went with a group of 16 and always made sure we had what we needed throughout the day and made our experience great."

"The hoteal staff were attentive and carong from beginning to end. Very accommodating! The app for reservations is a bit misleading but the concierge at each lobby are very helpful. The servers at the restaurants provided beyond great customer service. We were surprised everyday with a treat from the person that takes care of the rooms. Sad to leave, but will be back.the food is fenomenal at the resyaurants and at the buffets! Entertainment needs a bit of work, But the beach parties are great..."
