"Seaweed season had no ideas we needed to take that into consideration. The smell was bad day and night. Wasn’t able to enjoy the beach at all due to the massive amounts of seaweed. Staff was super great and amazing. Rooms were great. Except patio pools had algae and animal poop in it. Food and restaurant were amazing. But should be open later than 8pm Bar should be open later than 12 especially during the summer. Property was beautiful. Entertainment was great as well. "

"The hoteal staff were attentive and carong from beginning to end. Very accommodating! The app for reservations is a bit misleading but the concierge at each lobby are very helpful. The servers at the restaurants provided beyond great customer service. We were surprised everyday with a treat from the person that takes care of the rooms. Sad to leave, but will be back.the food is fenomenal at the resyaurants and at the buffets! Entertainment needs a bit of work, But the beach parties are great..."

"We came here for our honeymoon for a few days, definitely need at least a week to get to know the whole resort! We were treated like royalty the moment we walked into the hotel. There’s so many dining options, entertainment, pools and activities ! We will be coming back for a longer time. "

"Had an amazing time with our family. The only feedback - we booked a family selection room with a swimup pool. It would be nice if there was some privacy separation between the pool of our neighbors. We had instances where our neighbors were in front of our pool area, basically viewing inside of our room. Other than that, everything was perfect. "
