"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early and keep my bags there after I checked out as I had a late flight and needed a place while I was at the Universal parks. The window shade would not go up or down but the dark shade worked fine. The facility was remodeled and felt updated and had everything I needed. The coffee was subpar in both the room and the complimentary coffee in the lounge area. Overall great hotel for a good price!"
