"We had a lake view room and it was surprisingly quiet as near to busy A2. View to lake was nice. there were extensive woods near the property to walk our dog. Bed comfortable. Convenient for Rochester and Grain or en route to other places in Kent,"

"It's a nice concept but there were issues with cleanliness and maintenance not just in the room but throughout the hotel. The staff appeared a bit cold on a number of occasions."

"It was really modern and clean inside; shared kitchen area with fridge, freezer, microwave, and free tea and coffee, which was great. Our room was quite hot as it was on the top floor, but when we asked, they brought up a fan, which was great and solved the problem. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for the beach with bar and restaurants very close by."

"Very impressed with the hotel and staff. Spa and gym was very welcoming and friendly. Room was excellent with the complimentary gin and binoculars was a lovely touch!! Wil definitely recommend to others and would stay again!!"

"Check-in was efficient room was on top floor within the roof, access from lift to room can be awkward as there are multiple steps. Room with single bed, mattress was bit soft but okay ensuite was good size shower was okay. Breakfast menu n food was good.. service was unclear whether it was self buffet or table service. Had to wait over 15mins before asked for Tea or coffee. Staff need better training."
