"I have stayed at this Premier Inn a few times now and always enjoy my stay. It is clean. Affordable. A bit inconvenient to Terminal 5, but manageable. The food in the restaurant is good. And all of the employees I came in contact with were very friendly. For some reason my room felt humid, which was strange as it was January... Other than that, I had another good stay and will return in the future. Thank you."

"I have now stayed here multiple times , always found the staff to be helpful and polite . This the go to hotel while visiting the uk .
Had a small problem with the heating not working. The staff gave us an alternative room ..which was an executive suite . So no complaints
Highly Recommended !!"
