"Overall a lovely stay with friendly staff and a good breakfast. A nice room and very clean. The only downfall was the shower water was really hot, even on the lowest setting. Having a shower wasn't very enjoyable, which was a shame as the bathroom was really lovely with a rainfall shower head, but I had to stay out of the stream and splash the water on me. But we did mention it to them on checkout so hopefully it can be easily resolved, because the hotel was really nice. Unfortunately parking...

"Friendly staff at check in. Given a piece of paper per room for times of pool etc … does this change frequently? not very environmentally friendly to print it out each time for each room. Went to use pool and sauna etc to hear one of the staff moaning that a child had poo’ed in the children’s pool and it was now out of action and on top of that the steam room had packed up and no staff. "I expect that no one from Expedia had visited this 'hotel' basically a pub with four rooms. They were tired, decoration poor, carpets grubby, toilet was noisy (Macerator) no breakfast options at all and very expensive, £95 per room!"
