"香港ディズニーランドは4度目ですが、いつも市内のホテルから行っていたので直営ホテルは初めて宿泊しました。 海外のホテルはそこそこグレードのあるホテルでも掃除が日本ほど行き届いていないなと思うことはあるので、そこまでショックを受けることはありありませんでしたが、至る所のホコリは目立ちました。また、 お風呂場ですが、蛇口からシャワーに切り替えるツマミが壊れていて困りました。5階に宿泊しましたがシャワーの水圧もかなり弱かったです(ツマミが壊れていたから？)。 スタッフの方たちはどなたもとても親切です。私がお会いした中で少し日本語を喋れる方は1名、荷物を預ける場所にはいらっしゃいました。 子供達はプールもとても楽しんでいましたし、ホテル一階の奥にあるゲームセンターや遊び場も無料でできることがいっぱいあったので子供達は大喜びでした！ バスからパークまで5分ぐらいで付きますし、5〜10分に1本あるため、往復送迎は困りません。運転は荒いのでお子様連れはお気をつけください！ 総合的に考えて、今度は他の直営ホテルか市内のホテルにすると思います。"
