"Staff was helpful and polite, friendly as well, and hotel is located in a convenient area with many eateries and cafes around. "Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"
