Even though there are 5 of them you are always waiting and they tend to stop at almost every floor. Also getting water and ice can only be done on the 5th floor which means going up and down and using the terrible elevators. I wouldn’t return"

"Shops are down the hill. LKF is close if you’re having. A drink. Hotel is convenient but I went when it was relatively mild so it might be difficult for some to come up the escalators. Overall I will come again. Prices very wildly even in the same week so keep a look out and book when it’s cheap. 🙏"

"Room after upgrade was spacious. However, bottle water is $12 each. Only got a restaurant which has no price listed. Looks expensive. Location is not very convenient. Staff were not very friendly. Check-out has to wait till they finished inspection. Didn’t advise about shuttle service. Only found out by oneself when stepping out the premise after check out & saw the line up, then checked with those guests. Would not come back again."
