The staff meet you at the front and lead you to the registration and help you with the luggage. The staff are super helpful to show you the subway, the laundromat etc. The foyer is small."

"Where do I start? From the minute we checked in they were so very helpful. Collecting us and luggage from taxi and taking it to our room. Booked 2 queen beds which were so comfy. Bathroom was large and clean. Bottled water topped up every day. Nespresso machine with 3 pods daily. Plenty of storage. Be On Canton the bar on level 3 was lovely. Outdoor space which was a bonus. Lovely Johnny made our stay. It was really a well placed hotel and everyone was helpful. The concierge were really helpful and gave us an old-fashioned map, which was brilliant. 5 Stars no doubt! "
