"5-Star Experience – Outstanding Service from Crystal & Vicky! I visited Hong Kong twice this August, staying at the Conrad Hong Kong for a total of 8 nights. The location is exceptionally convenient, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Ms. Crystal at the front desk was the true standout who defined my 5-star experience at the Conrad. She assisted me with check-in on both trips and was consistently warm, welcoming, and highly professional. She went above and beyond on several occasions. When unexpected plans required a last-minute extension of my stay, she seamlessly arranged for me to keep the same room without any disruption. On my second trip, when I arrived early in the morning ahead of an important appointment, she kindly arranged an early check-in so I could get some much-needed rest beforehand.
