"The stay is great, love the hot chocolate at the lobby and the $50 credit that comes with the stay. even greater was the FIFA world cup contest that was going on.
Love to commend Charlotte who is working at the cafe. She is very friendly and pleasant throughout my stay here.
On the other hand, Jade is very unfriendly, who even rolled her eyes at me when I said "sorry?" as she mumbled when talking to me. I couldn't hear her at all and she looks like she doesn't even enjoy working there. Makes me...

"Very convenient location. Helpful staff. Clean. Room was literally windowless which I think is a first and with poor soundproofing. Guests talking in corridors, doors banging I guess from stairwells etc until very late. Not super cheap either so I think I’d skip next time."

"Excellent location just a few minutes walk from central station, we couldn’t have been happier with hotel location for getting around Sydney! Hotel staff was helpful, prompt, friendly. The rooms were clean and room service was daily. The only thing to note is that the bathroom is open concept so when you shower the water goes across half the bathroom. People coming after the shower need to be wary to avoid wet socks or slipping. But other than that great room we’d definitely stay here again!"
