"This is not the property you're looking for. The staff is nice enough, but the property being open to the public, no hotel grade doors on the rooms (they were closet doors with no deadbolt), and no AC on a hot night is not acceptable. "My room had baby cockroaches crawling around in the table I was working at under the TV. I loved the room because it was spacious and clean, other than those baby cockroaches. But the A/C was a little loud. I think it was on auto and so it would turn off and on and every time it would turn back on it kind of made a loud noise which woke me up a few times."

"This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. "The challenge with the property is there are a set of bylaws that renters agree to regarding things like observing quiet hours and no smoking in common areas. We drew the short straw for the bulk of our stay. We had a first floor unit with a group of 4 younger adults directly above us. "Pleasant stay. we spent the day at the Volcano Natl Park which is only 7 minutes away. had dinner in town, checked in about 5pm. when you drive onto the property you feel like you are in the middle of the rain forrest. really appreciated the tasty banana bread, snacks, and fruit that was left out. our room had a hot tub, which we didnt use. the matress was comfy. very quiet surrondings."
